By using Stitchline, you agree to these legally binding Terms of Service, which govern your access, use, and subscription of our tailor SaaS platform.
1. Account Registration
Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. Accounts are non-transferable, and credentials must remain confidential. Stitchline reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts with fraudulent or unauthorized activity.
2. Use of Services
You agree to use Stitchline solely for lawful tailoring business operations. Unauthorized access, modification, reverse engineering, or attempts to disrupt our service are strictly prohibited.
3. Payments & Billing
Subscription fees and staff payroll payments are your responsibility. If payment is not received, your account may become inactive until all pending payments are cleared. Stitchline reserves the right to modify fees with prior notice. Refunds are granted only as expressly stated in our billing policy.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, software, logos, and trademarks on Stitchline are owned or licensed by us. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
5. Termination
Stitchline may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms, illegal activity, or failure to pay subscription fees. Termination does not remove obligations accrued prior to termination, including payment or legal liability.
6. Limitation of Liability
Stitchline SaaS is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits, arising from your use or inability to use the platform.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Stitchline, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
9. Privacy & Data Use
By using Stitchline, you consent to the collection and use of personal and business data as described in our Privacy Policy. We take data security seriously but cannot guarantee against unauthorized access or breaches.
