Professional Guidelines.
By activating your Stitchline account, you enter a legally binding agreement governing the use of our professional boutique management software.
1. Account Authentication
Identity & Verification
Boutique owners must provide verified business details during registration. Credentials for measurement tracking and staff payroll are strictly non-transferable.
Enforcement: Stitchline reserves the right to suspend accounts displaying unauthorized multi-location access without prior enterprise licensing.
2. Service Utilization
Proper Usage Standards
Users agree to utilize Stitchline exclusively for legitimate tailoring operations. Prohibited actions include reverse engineering our native Desktop architecture or attempting to disrupt the secure cloud synchronization of measurement data.
Our dual-platform infrastructure must not be abused for automated scraping or external integrations without explicit API authorization.
3. Lifetime License
Ownership & Subscriptions
Stitchline offers Lifetime Ownership tiers for our Desktop application. Lifetime licenses are secured via a one-time payment and guarantee perpetual offline access to the core software.
Cloud Tiers
Cloud synchronization and global staff management features are subject to respective tier limits.
Billing Reversion
Failure to maintain active billing on higher Cloud tiers will automatically revert your account to the offline Desktop tier.
4. Liability Limits
Hardware & Outages
Stitchline is provided as an "as is" industrial tool. While our offline capabilities prevent data loss during internet outages, and our cloud sync employs high-grade encryption, we are not liable for incidental data loss caused by hardware failure on your local shop PCs or third-party server outages.
5. Governing Law
Jurisdiction
This contract is governed by applicable international laws concerning digital commerce and SaaS operations. All legal proceedings regarding boutique software disputes or licensing violations shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located at Stitchline's global headquarters.
